I bought an FN P-90 carbine in December. It had a bad optic out of the box. I sent it back on 12/28, attn: the rep I talked to, and then I called him again on 2/2. He said he got it and that he was sending it to another department for replacement.
OK. Today I called to check status. He didn't remember the part. He didn't remember my two prior calls – and he didn't have any record of the part being received – which would make me S.O.L. for getting a replacement – except for a couple of minor things.
(1) I sent it on 12/28/2011 with a tracking number and they signed for it on 12/31/2011. Proof, yeah, I got proof. Wanna see?
